To make that special event easier for you, The Pastry Swan Bakery offers delivery to any location within the Coachella Valley for a nominal fee.

TIRAMISU: Chocolate sponge base with layers of espresso soaked lady fingers and a mixture of mascarpone cheese, heavy cream and brandy, then lightly dusted with cocoa powder.

GIANDUIA: Chocolate sponge cake layered with chocolate hazelnut cream, flavored with brandy and decorated with toasted hazelnuts and chocolate mousse.

PINA COLADA: A summertime favorite. This yellow sponge cake is soaked in rum, then a layer of pineapple and a layer of coconut Bavarian, then iced in a Pina Colada flavored butter cream with toasted coconut sides.

OPERA: Almond sponge cake soaked in espresso, layer of chocolate ganache, and butter cream, topped with chocolate.

FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE: Very rich, decadent cake, made with Belgian chocolate, heavy cream and coated in ganache.
SACHER: Chocolate sponge cake with apricot filling and whipped ganache, then iced in ganache.
PRINCES TORT: Vanilla sponge cake with a layer of Bavarian and raspberry, domed with whip cream and covered in marzipan with a powdered rose to top.
GERMAN CHOCOLATE: An old classic chocolate sponge cake with fudge and a layer of our coconut, pecan, caramel filling, iced in chocolate with nuts.
BLACK FOREST: A German tradition. This chocolate layered cake is filled with cherries and whipped cream. Chocolate curls garnish the outside.
TRES LECHES: This white sponge cake is soaked with 3 yummy milk sauces and filled with Bavarian and raspberry rush and whipped cream iced.
PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN: Roberts favorite ...Yellow cake baked in a caramel sauce with pineapple rings, cherries and walnuts.
BOSTON: Vanilla sponge cake split into layers, filled with Bavarian and topped with fudge. Clear cylinder around sides.
PRALINSKO: Dark, moist chocolate sponge cake filled with creamy hazelnut flavored Bavarian, with hazelnut and chocolate mousse.
BUCHE DE NOEL: A holiday treat. Our rich chocolate sponge cake rolled with chocolate mousse throughout and iced in chocolate butter cream. Decorated as a christmas log. Three sizes to choose from.
